Dear daughter, this is romance.

Living in the tropics has its perks. But what it also has is a huge possibility for dengue fever. I’ve never been as sick as I was these past two…

There has been lots of articles going viral lately about working moms vs stay at home moms. They are all great. Truly resonated in my heart. They have so much…

Miracle

Have you ever heard of the song, Miracle, by Celine Dion? It was my first pregnancy soundtrack. I kind of got the idea that this song was about babies. Other…

Time flies

This picture was taken in October 2011. That was close to 3 years ago and yet I still remember the day as if it were yesterday. I had just resigned…

Reconciliation in a relationship doesn’t always have to happen in one big event. Perhaps it is slow burn, progressing over time. Perhaps, it doesn’t even involve two people changing. Perhaps, only you changed. And that’s big enough! #santosotrip2022
Dear children, being your mother has changed me in ways I never thought was possible. It has altered the way I saw myself and the world around me. It has forced me to learn, adapt, adjust, create, remake, and improve myself and the way I do things. It compelled me to have the courage to try new things and to get back up whenever I failed. How I wished that motherhood came with a little bit of warning on what to expect before it threw me on the wildest rollercoaster ride! However, in the midst of all the confusion that left me feeling like I’m left in the wilderness, I have found joy like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. I have become content and satisfied with the things I used to take for granted, because now I know that as long as we’re healthy, we’re safe, and we’re together, everything in my world is good 💙 Thank you for loving me and for making me the person I am today.
Here and now, I am sure that I belong right here - in between this loud, messy, adorably squishy, strongly opinionated, amazingly confident, and extremely lovable group of people.
Every time I hear about acts of sexual violence, I think, “What a crazy world we live in.” Because it’s true. The world is crazy. And what’s even crazier, anyone of us can be a victim of sexual violence. At any time. Anywhere.
Another simple celebration at home - just how we like it. Happy birthday @budhipurnamautomo ❤️ #selftimerseries
Gong Xi Fa Cai, everybody! May we all stay healthy, get super rich, and be so much braver in this year of the Tiger 🙌🏻 (also where is the CNY emojis when you need em?)
